We offer several shipping services to ensure your order reaches you within the specified timeframe. Faster delivery options are available for an additional fee and can be selected on the order page before submitting your order.
Please note that unforeseen events beyond our control may cause delays. CozyTag.com is not responsible for such delays, but we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
CozyTag.com ships directly to the address provided in your order and does not ship to PO BOX addresses. We utilize several shipping methods within our distribution center to ensure your shipment arrives within the specified timeframe.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. While we strive to provide tracking for all shipments, please note that tracking may not always be available with international carriers. If you experience any delays or have questions about your shipment, please contact our customer service team.
If your order consists of multiple items, we will strive to send all items together if they are available at a single location. However, we reserve the right to ship your items from multiple warehouses, which may result in your order arriving in multiple packages. Any additional freight charges incurred due to this will be communicated to you.
It is essential that customers carefully enter their shipping address during checkout. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to our automated processing system. CozyTag.com reserves the right to reject an item or order if it cannot be shipped to the provided address.
We maintain records of delivery notifications for each shipment. If a shipment is confirmed as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location or with neighbors. CozyTag.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded in such cases.

Depending on customs clearance and local postal service efficiency, international orders may experience delays beyond our control.
